We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Jigsaw Media team on a fixed-term maternity cover, starting in May 2026.
This is a full-time role based in Dundee, with hybrid working available, and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on marketing work, managing multiple clients, and being part of a supportive, collaborative agency team.

About the role
This role is a delivery-focused Marketing Executive position, covering maternity leave for one of our team members.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of retained clients, delivering both organic and paid social media marketing, and working closely with the wider marketing and project management team to make sure clients are well looked after.
There will be a structured handover at the start of the role to help you settle in and feel confident managing your accounts.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll be involved in:
- Managing day-to-day marketing activity for a portfolio of retained clients
- Planning, creating, and scheduling organic social media content
- Managing and optimising paid social media campaigns
- Writing clear, engaging copy and briefing visuals
- Monitoring performance and preparing reports for clients
- Communicating with clients via email, calls and in-person meetings
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality work
- Flagging any issues, risks, or opportunities to senior team members
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant role, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Has a good understanding of organic and paid social media
- Is organised and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
- Communicates clearly and professionally with clients
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and happy working as part of a team
- Is confident working independently, while knowing when to ask for support

- Fixed-term maternity cover (expected 10–12 months)

- Location: Dundee, with hybrid working available
- Salary: £26,500 p.a.
