Before purchasing a service or product from a brand, I would always search them on social media (usually Instagram & TikTok) because I can see what others think, if there’s any controversy with their products/services & just a general review from normal people via UGC. For me, it’s about efficiency, within 15 seconds I can find product reviews and check the comments. Much quicker than looking through online reviews.
